The Italpresse hydraulic frame clamp with axis control mod. Universal/CN, comes complete with a touch screen operator interface TS/500 to program and monitor the working cycle with the following functions: 6" colour touch screen display, Digital set and read of vertical and horizontal pressures independently, Extreme low pressure setting in case of light or pre-finished frames, Digital set and read of press time to activate the auto opening with on-off switch, Cycle selector switch with three modes: manual, special cycle with impulse movement of top beam, automatic, Special opening in case of light or pre finished frames, Adjustable auto opening, Digital set and read of the vertical dimension with two electronically controlled axis, Electronic flatness control of top beam, Auto positioning of side pushers with auto read of part length, Working program storage and Self diagnostic for errors.
It will also come equipped with a hanging push button strip for machine operating, with the following functions: Manual movements: left/right, up/down, Vertical top beam positioning, Horizontal positioning, Automatic cycle start, Special cycle start, Fast positioning push button and safety e-stop.
