Modular house builder goes with R&J and Macmazza Beamsaw
A locally based Modular Flexi Home manufacturer took delivery of their new TS90 P Macmazza beam saw during the first week of January, the machine is now built, commissioned, tested and has been handed over to the customer who has already started using it to cut cement board and OSB.
The customer chose Macmazza based on the high quality and accuracy of cut along with the heavy duty parts used in the build and the simplicity of how to operate the saw. One of the customers concerns was to find a beam saw that could cut their cement board material. After a visit to the Macmazza factory in Italy these concerns were answered positively after seeing the machines saw carriage and extraction system to remove the fine dust that this material causes. The purchase of the saw with a rear lift table was very important for the ease of loading full packs of sheet material as they were previously cutting these extremely heavy panels on 2 vertical panel saws manually. The Macmazza beamsaw will also help to reduce overhead costs along with an increased cutting capacity for future growth.
Macmazza have been Manufacturing Beam saws for 45 years, producing standard machines and special "turnkey" systems for custom builds. Our standard TS 90 cuts 4300 mm covers a space of 5860 mm, that is the same longitudinal space as our competitors’ who cut 3200 mm!! The larger cutting length of the machine is very useful for the operator, making it easier to handle panels.
