IMA BIMA 310V increases productivity at WorkTop Fabrications

R&J Machinery are very pleased to have been asked by Worktop Fabrications Ltd of Nottingham to assist them with the supply of machinery to help the expansion of their range. Faced with the need to cover the growth of the Worktop market and the current trends for square edge and HPL (High pressure Laminate), Worktop Fabs had acquired a new factory, and just needed the correct machines to meet the production demands.

The requirement to offer more shaped worktops meant a CNC Router with Edgebanding capabilities was identified as a key purchase, and the used IMA BIMA 310V cable of high production levels and excellent finish quality, was the perfect choice. The IMA BIMA 310V is now in full production and we delighted that the machine is producing a work top every three minute’s.
